At HairOrWin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging. This ensures the safety and quality of every order we ship.

We maintain a very low return rate because we take pride in the quality of our extensions and stand firmly behind our policy.

Return Requirements

  • All return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, installed, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

We do not accept returns on custom units, sale items, or used hair. Refunds are only issued after a thorough quality check of the returned merchandise.

  • All Returns Are Issued as Store Credit Only.
    We do not offer refunds. Returned items will be processed as store credit to be used toward future purchases.
