What kind of hair does HairOrWin sell?
We offer luxury-grade virgin human hair, including our Everyday Luxury Collection and Thai Hair Collection. All bundles are 100% virgin human hair — no fillers, no synthetics.

What’s the difference between Everyday Luxury and Thai Hair?
Everyday Luxury is our premium collection with triple lifespan and unmatched softness. Thai Hair is a more affordable option that still lifts to 613 and lasts 1–3 years with proper care.

Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes. Our virgin hair can be colored and bleached. We recommend professional coloring services for best results.

Does the hair shed or tangle?
Our bundles are double-wefted and reinforced to minimize shedding. Tangling is rare with proper maintenance and care.

Hair Care & Styling

How do I care for my bundles or wig?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always detangle before washing and allow the hair to air dry. Treat the hair like your own.

Can I straighten or curl HairOrWin bundles?
Yes. All HairOrWin hair is heat-friendly. We suggest using a heat protectant and low heat settings to extend the hair’s life.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking info by email once your order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for international options!

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened hair within 2 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on any opened or worn products. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

Bundles, Wigs & Custom Units

How many bundles do I need for a full look?
For lengths under 20", 2–3 bundles are recommended. For lengths over 22", we suggest 3–4 bundles for a fuller finish. Add a closure or frontal for the most seamless install.

Do you offer ready-to-wear custom units?
Yes. We offer luxury ready-to-wear wigs. Simply select your preferred texture and cap size at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from purchase, including processing time. Shipping times may vary based on your location or carrier delays.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use trusted carriers including FedEx International and USPS to deliver all domestic U.S. orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. We only ship to valid U.S. residential and commercial addresses.

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us. We will inspect the product upon return to ensure it meets our return criteria before issuing a refund.

What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on worn or opened hair, used products, custom units, or sale items.
